Sister Claudette Marie Muhammad, Protocol Director for the Nation of Islam visited Phoenix, AZ on December 27th for a book signing of Memories, her critically acclaimed autobiography. Memories, chronicles the phenomenal life, accomplishments, struggles and triumphs of Ms. Muhammad. In this powerful book, Ms. Muhammad shares her story of overcoming sexual abuse as a young girl by her grandfather, being raped as a young woman and struggling in the 1960’s as a single mom to accomplishing the awards, accolades and recognition she has achieved through the years.
